What pulls you in?
A small team that's genuinely driven and ambitious, and real responsibility from the start. You're in front of clients and talking to the management board fast, not just doing the execution.
What's the coolest part of your work?
I've become a master of just about everything. One week I'm coding a whole platform with Claude Code, the next it's marketing or an implementation plan. AI does the work, my own knowledge steers it.
How do you explain what WAIMAKERS does?
An AI-consultancy boutique in Amsterdam, Amsterdam matters, with a real track record in PE and consumer goods, and a wide variety of clients.
