What you'll doWat je gaat doen
- Run the recruiting pipeline, and give every new joiner an onboarding that lands.Run de recruitmentpipeline, en geef elke nieuwe collega een onboarding die landt.
- Match the right consultant to the right project, freelancers included, when priorities shift by the hour.Match de juiste consultant aan het juiste project, freelancers incluis, terwijl prioriteiten per uur schuiven.
- Keep the growth rhythm honest: PD and PM cycles that happen, promotions planned, training and offsites you design.Houd het groeiritme eerlijk: PD- en PM-cycli die écht gebeuren, promoties ingepland, trainingen en offsites die jij ontwerpt.

What we look forWat we zoeken
- 2–5 years in HR, People & Culture or People Operations.2–5 jaar in HR, People & Culture of People Operations.
- Staffing experience: matching the right person to the right project when plans change fast.Staffing-ervaring: de juiste persoon aan het juiste project koppelen terwijl plannen snel wijzigen.
- A generalist who owns a process end to end, from recruiting to performance management, and follows through.Een generalist die een proces end-to-end draagt, van werving tot performance management, en het afmaakt.
- Genuinely into AI for HR: you make the process lighter with it, you don't just talk about it.Echt in AI voor HR: je maakt het proces er lichter mee, je praat er niet alleen over.
- Comfortable in Dutch and English.Comfortabel in Nederlands en Engels.
